近日格致安生美国课程班根据教学需要对课表与任课教师进行了局部调整。一直兼任高一高二世界历史课教师的Mark由于工作量太大将不再继续教高二的历史课。高二学生张岱安有感而发，赋成英文小诗一首，送给开学以来一直教他们世界历史的外教Mark老师。Mark老师课堂内外的热情与活力、幽默与风趣给学生留下了深刻印象，张同学的诗虽不长，却表达了浓浓的师生情谊，寄寓了学生对老师的依依不舍之情。下面是小诗全文：

A Message to the Wind of Fall

To my humorous teacher---Mark

Andrew

      I don’t know why, the wind tonight is so cold;

      Softly comes, and leaves lightly.

      This cold, a little piercing,

      And a little distressing.

      I may think, the flaming candle that leads to the Past,

      May guide us to illuminate the Glory;

      But you, comes softly,

      Lightly leaves with a wisp of smoke.

      I may think, the winding brook that flows to the Future,

      May carry us to converge into the Sea;

      But you, comes softly,

      Lightly leaves with a flower of spray.

     I may think, the smiling energetic face that means Youth,

     May remain on that wall immortally;

     But you, comes softly,

     Lightly leaves with a smile.
